Training With Zemaflux

Acid Reflux Resistance Trainer | How to Use - Zemaflux

The length of time you need to train with Zemaflux varies depending on the current strength of your LES muscles and sphincter valve.

Although a reduction of acid symptoms can often be experienced after a few days, for long-term results we recommend training for up to 8-weeks. If you find that symptoms have reduced or disappeared before that time then you can stop training. If you feel symptoms returning then start using Zemaflux until they disappear again.

A small study of GERD patients found that four weeks of breathing exercises improved reflux symptoms for up to nine months.
